I’m Erica Billé, broker-owner of Nest Mortgaging based in Kyle, TX. I’m a wife, mom, real estate investor, former high school math teacher—and a passionate mortgage strategist. I started investing in real estate in 2014 and quickly realized the power of using smart financing to build long-term wealth. That passion led me to open my own mortgage brokerage, where I help homebuyers, real estate agents, and investors find the best loan solutions with competitive rates and personalized service. I’m an educator and strategic partner. Through my partnership with Capital Ax Commercial Lending, I also provide commercial financing for business owners and property investors, including apartments, retail centers, warehouses, and business startup or expansion funding.
