Welcome to today! My name is Laqueetia Mathis and I'm a dedicated advocate for wellness and community empowerment, with over 16 years of experience as a teacher and coach in Odessa, Texas. After years of inspiring students in the classroom and on the field, I made a bold leap from education to community service, driven by a passion to help those struggling with mental, physical, social, and emotional challenges.

Recognizing the critical gaps in nutrition and wellness guidance, I now focuses on uplifting individuals and families in the community. The mission is to provide the support and resources needed for people to thrive in all aspects of their lives. With a holistic approach to well-being, I aim to create lasting change and inspire others to live healthier, more fulfilled lives.
