Spa Coordinator

Part-time: Starting $14 per hour (base pay) + Bonus pay and Commissions
Working Hours:
Mon-Friday shifts Opening at 8:30am closing shift 6:45pm
Saturdays, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
Location: Med Spa Responsibilities: - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and organization in the spa - Assist with laundry tasks as needed - Schedule appointments and manage the client booking system efficiently - Promote and educate clients on various skincare and body services - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or beauty-related industry - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of skincare products and services is a plus
