Nominees must:
- Be in business for at least two years
- Be a member of the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce for at least one year
- Demonstrate exceptional business practices and customer service
- Stimulate the local economy
- Be active within the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce and business community
- Support economic growth and development of Kyle
- Demonstrate leadership, innovation, and motivation among the business community
